How Billing Works

This is how billing works for your Dewdropz account

At Dewdropz, we strive to make billing as straightforward as possible. Your bill is based on the number of active users—employees who have been paired or used any Dewdropz feature within the month. All pricing is in USD and excludes applicable taxes.

Standard Plan Billing

For our Standard Plan, billing is calculated at the end of each month based on your active user count. You will be billed for the number of active users x the per-user price. You can always check the most current pricing on our pricing page. All invoices are generated in arrears, meaning you’ll only be billed after the month has concluded.

Enterprise Plan Billing

Enterprise plans work differently, typically involving a predetermined number of users, and are billed annually in advance. Should your user count exceed the agreed number during the year, an additional prorated invoice will be issued to cover the remainder of the billing period.

Payment Options

We currently accept credit card payments. However, we do offer additional payment methods for our Enterprise customers.
